As part of our Technical Support team you will work within a team of highly skilled technical advisors to deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. Cocolevio supports all customer off the shelf applications (COTS), end user computing environment, and also represents front line support for all other issues requiring an escalation to other teams.
· Must have personal computer with Windows 10
· First-rate customer focus, phone etiquette and work ethic
· EXCELLENT communications skills
· Ability to handle stressful situations and deal professionally with irate customers
· Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
