Coco CRM integration
Coco Router and Coco CRM connect in both directions:
CRM → Router (the CRM's AI runs on the gateway)
Coco CRM's AI layer (assistant, LinkedIn lead validation, Google Places analysis, drafted outreach) routes through an AI gateway with automatic model switching — that gateway is Coco Router. The CRM holds one auto key; the router picks the model per task.
Router → CRM (the Lead Agent writes into the CRM)
The Lead Agent creates enriched Company records directly in Coco CRM via its REST API, filling the Cocolevio company fields (Lead Score, AI Opportunity Insight, LinkedIn Message, Cold Email Message, Owner/Decision Maker, …) that the CRM's sales-engagement suite then uses for campaigns and follow-ups.
The CRM API key used by the Lead Agent is stored server-side in the router's environment — it is never exposed to browsers or client apps.
