Coco Kanban — Getting Set Up

Getting started takes minutes. We run Coco Kanban for you — sign in to the console, click install, and your instance is ready.

There's nothing to download, no server to buy, no Docker, no Kubernetes, and no systems administrator required.

Get started in four steps

  1. Request access to the console — we'll set up your account.
  2. Choose your plan — see Pricing.
  3. Click install. Your instance is provisioned automatically.
  4. Sign in and invite your team. Start working.

That's the whole process.

What you get

Your own dedicated instance. Not a shared tenant — you get an isolated deployment with your own database. Your data is never mixed with anyone else's.

Everything managed for you:

We handleSo you never think about
ProvisioningSetting up servers, databases, or storage
Security & HTTPSCertificates, renewals, hardening
UpgradesNew versions and features — rolled out for you
BackupsContinuous, tested backups of your data
Monitoring & uptimeWatching the stack at 3am
ScalingCapacity as your team grows
LicensingPlan changes apply automatically, no reinstall

Changing your plan — upgrade, downgrade, or add seats at any time. It takes effect immediately, with nothing to redeploy.

Want to run it on your own infrastructure?

Some organisations have strict data-residency, compliance, or air-gapped requirements, or want Coco Kanban integrated into an existing internal platform.

We support that — as a guided engagement, not a DIY install. Coco Kanban is a substantial platform (a database, cache, queue, object storage, the core application, and a suite of premium services), and getting it right for your environment involves sizing, networking, TLS, licensing, backups, and an upgrade path.

Talk to us about a self-hosted or on-premise deployment. We'll scope it with your team, deploy it with you, and support it afterwards.

Questions

How long does setup take? Minutes on the managed plan. Self-hosted or on-premise deployments are scoped with you.

Where does my data live? On the managed plan, in your own isolated instance on our infrastructure. On a self-hosted deployment, entirely on your infrastructure.

Can I move from managed to self-hosted later (or the other way)? Yes — talk to us and we'll plan the migration.

Can I try it before committing? Get in touch and we'll set you up.
