Coco Kanban comes in four plans. Higher plans unlock more premium features; the core work-management platform is in every plan.

What each plan includes

Free

The complete core platform for up to 5 members — unlimited projects and work items, plus Active Cycles, Importers, and Bulk Operations. A genuine starting point, not a trial.

Pro

Everything in Free, plus the productivity and AI layer: AI Agent, Proactive AI, AI Sprint Planner, Goals/OKRs, Reports, Time Tracking, Dependencies, Custom Fields, Workflow Automation, Shared Views, Issue Templates, and Project Templates. Billed per user.

Business

Everything in Pro, plus the full collaboration and integration suite: Teams, GitHub/Bitbucket/Slack/Teams integrations, Intake Forms, Scheduled Digests, Public Roadmap, Publishing, and the Duplicate Scanner — every premium feature. Billed per user.

Enterprise

Everything in Business, plus SSO/SAML, priority support with an SLA, custom onboarding, and volume discounts. Contact sales for a quote.


Managed or self-hosted — same plans, same price

Every plan is available either way:

  • Managed (recommended) — you get your own dedicated, isolated instance on our infrastructure. One click in the console and it's provisioned; we handle upgrades, backups, security, HTTPS, and scaling. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain.
  • Self-hosted — run it entirely on your own servers, for strict data-residency or air-gapped requirements.

How your plan is enabled

Your plan is activated by a license issued for your instance:

  • It tells your instance which features to unlock and how many seats you have.
  • It's verified inside your own backend — no feature check ever leaves your instance.
  • If the license lapses or you exceed your seats, premium features step down gracefully to the core feature set. Your data is never touched.

Upgrading, downgrading, or adding seats takes effect without a reinstall. On the managed plan it happens automatically; self-hosted, we issue an updated license.
