Connect Greenhouse
Sync jobs and candidates between Greenhouse and Coco HR.
If your team uses Greenhouse as its applicant tracking system, you can connect it to Coco HR to pull in jobs and candidates and export data. This guide covers connecting the integration and using the Greenhouse dashboard.
Who can do this
The Greenhouse integration lives under Settings > Greenhouse Integration and is managed by your Company Admin.
Connect Greenhouse
- In Greenhouse, create a Harvest API key (ask your Greenhouse admin if you don't have permission).
- In Coco HR, go to Settings > Greenhouse Integration.
- Enter your Harvest API Key. Optionally add a User ID and Host if your setup requires them.
- Save. The page shows the connection status once you're linked.
Webhook info
After connecting, a Webhook Info panel shows the webhook URL and a masked secret. Use these if you want Greenhouse to notify Coco HR of events. The secret is masked for security.
Open the Greenhouse dashboard
From the integration page, select View Dashboard to open the Greenhouse Dashboard, where you can:
- See stat cards summarizing synced data.
- Select Sync Now to refresh (results are cached for about 15 minutes).
- Browse the Jobs and Candidates tabs.
- Export data as JSON, CSV, Excel, or ZIP.
Tips
- If a sync looks stale, remember the 15-minute cache — wait a moment before syncing again.
- Use exports to move data into spreadsheets or your own reporting tools.
- Keep your Harvest API key secure; treat it like a password.
