Use the Copilot
Ask the Cocolevio Copilot to look things up and take you where you need to go.
The Copilot is a full-screen AI chat inside Coco HR. Ask it about your jobs, applicants, and pipeline in plain language, and it answers with streamed responses and rich cards. This guide shows what it can do.
Open the Copilot
Select Copilot in the navigation to open the full-screen Cocolevio Copilot chat.
Start a conversation
Type a question, or use one of the starter prompts:
- Show open jobs
- Recent applicants
- Pipeline stats
- Create a new job
The Copilot streams its answer as it writes.
What it can show
The Copilot can render rich cards inline, including:
- A jobs table.
- An applicants table.
- Dashboard stats.
- A job detail or applicant detail view.
It can also navigate you to the right page in the app — for example, taking you to a job or an applicant you asked about.
Manage your threads
- Create new conversation threads.
- Rename a thread.
- Delete a thread.
- Switch between threads in the thread list.
What the Copilot does not do
The Copilot is read-only assistance. It can look information up and take you to pages, but it does not change your data itself. For example, if you ask it to create a job, it helps you get to the job form — you complete the action there. Nothing is created, edited, or deleted by the Copilot on its own.
Tips
- Use it as a fast way to jump to a specific job or applicant without hunting through lists.
- Ask for "pipeline stats" for a quick read on where candidates stand.
- Keep separate threads for separate roles or searches to stay organized.
