Deals pipeline
The Deals folder in the sidebar is your sales pipeline: every open opportunity as a record with an amount, a stage, and an owner, viewable as a table or a stage-by-stage kanban board.

All Deals
All Deals is the table view — every deal in one sortable, filterable list. Use it for bookkeeping tasks: updating amounts and close dates, filtering by owner, or sorting by value to see where the money is.
Deals by Stage
Deals by Stage is the kanban board, with one column per stage. It's the day-to-day view for running your pipeline: each card shows the deal at a glance, and each column shows what's sitting at that stage.
Moving deals across stages
Drag a deal card from one column to another to change its stage — the record updates immediately. As deals progress, keep the probability and close date fields current so forecasts stay honest.
Tracking pipeline value
Use the two views together to keep a running picture of the pipeline:
- The kanban shows how much value sits at each stage and where deals are stalling.
- The table, filtered by close date or owner, shows what's expected to land and when.
- Combine stage, amount, and probability for a weighted view of likely revenue.
From lead to deal
The pipeline connects directly to your prospecting flow. When a lead from the lead inbox turns hot — a reply to a campaign, a strong AI intent score — promote it:
- Create or find the Company and Person records.
- Create a Deal linked to both, with an amount, stage, and owner.
- Work it across the kanban like any other opportunity.
Leads sourced by the LinkedIn and Google Places pipelines arrive with research, intent scores, and pitch drafts — everything you need to open the deal informed.
Automating with workflows
Deals work with the CRM's workflow engine. Common automations trigger on stage change: notify the owner when a deal reaches a late stage, create follow-up tasks when a deal enters negotiation, or update fields automatically as deals progress.
