Leads & lead lists
The Leads Group area is a lightweight lead inbox that sits in front of your core CRM records. Raw leads land here first — from AI pipelines or manual entry — get organized into lists, and only qualified leads get promoted into Companies, People, and Deals. This keeps the main CRM clean while you triage high-volume prospecting.
Lead lists
A lead list is a named bucket of leads, with an optional color for quick scanning. The AI pipelines create and fill their own lists automatically:
| List | Fed by |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn Leads pipeline | |
| google-places | Google Places pipeline |
| Custom lists | Created manually — name, description, and color |
Create as many custom lists as you need: per campaign, per territory, per event.
Lead fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| First / last name | Contact name |
| Company | Company the lead belongs to |
| Contact email | |
| Phone | Contact phone |
| URL | Source link (e.g. a LinkedIn post or business website) |
| Category | Classification assigned during qualification |
| Status | Where the lead is in your triage flow |
| Intent | One-line summary of why this lead is interesting |
| Found date | When the lead was discovered |
| Lead list | The bucket the lead belongs to |
Creating lists and leads manually
From the leads dashboard you can:
- Create a list — give it a name, description, and color.
- Add a lead — fill in the contact fields and pick the list it belongs to.
- Delete leads that turn out to be noise.
Manual entry is handy for leads from events, referrals, or inbound requests that don't come through an AI pipeline.
How AI pipelines feed this area
Both AI lead-generation pipelines end with a Push to CRM step that lands validated leads here:
- LinkedIn Leads — finds LinkedIn posts with buying intent, validates and researches them, then pushes valid leads into the linkedin list.
- Google Places Leads — finds local businesses, scores each opportunity 0–100, then pushes high scorers into the google-places list.
BD pipeline
The BD Pipeline view tracks business-development leads as they move through your qualification stages, giving the team a shared picture of what's being worked and what's next.
Promoting a qualified lead
When a lead is qualified, promote it into the core CRM:
- Create (or find) the Company and Person records from the lead's details.
- If there's a live opportunity, create a Deal linked to that contact and company — see Deals pipeline.
- Update or remove the lead from its list so the inbox stays clean.
From there the record follows your normal CRM process: tasks, notes, workflows, and pipeline tracking.
