LinkedIn Leads (AI)

The LinkedIn Leads page runs a four-step AI pipeline: Search → Validate → Research → Push to CRM. It finds LinkedIn posts where people express buying intent, qualifies them with AI, enriches the best ones, and drops them into your lead inbox as ready-to-work prospects.

The pipeline requires AI keys to be configured — see AI configuration.

Status flow

StatusMeaning
PENDINGFound by Search, not yet validated
VALIDAI confirmed real buying intent, category assigned
INVALIDAI rejected the lead
PushedValid lead has been sent to the lead inbox

Enter a prompt or search criteria and a max results limit, then click Search. The AI scans for real LinkedIn posts matching your buying-intent criteria, extracts the post URLs, dedupes them against leads you already have, and creates new leads with status PENDING.

A provider/model dropdown lets you choose which AI serves the search. The default is LiteLLM auto-routing, which picks the best model per request automatically — you can override it per search if needed.

Validate

Click Validate to have the AI qualify every pending lead. Each lead is marked VALID or INVALID and assigned a category:

CategorySignal
HUBSPOTFrustration with or migration from HubSpot
JIRAFrustration with or migration from Jira
OPENSOURCEInterest in open-source tooling
COCOLEVIODirect fit for Cocolevio services
AI_STRATEGYLooking for AI strategy help
AI_ADOPTIONAdopting AI in their organization
AI_CONSULTINGSeeking AI consulting
AI_PAIN_POINTDescribing an AI-related pain point
OTHERRelevant but uncategorized

Alongside the category, the AI writes a one-sentence intent explanation of why the post signals buying interest.

Research

Click Research to deep-dive each validated lead. For every lead, the AI produces:

  • The post author's name, title, and company
  • A summary of the post
  • A buying-intent score from 1–10
  • A personalized outreach draft you can send as-is or edit
  • A guessed work email for the author

Research runs in batches of 10 at a time, so large result sets process in a few passes.

Push to CRM

Click Push to CRM to move validated leads into the lead inbox. They land in the linkedin lead list, carrying their category, intent, and URL. From there, work them like any other lead: review the research, send the outreach draft (see Email campaigns), and promote winners into Companies, People, and Deals.

See Leads & lead lists for how the lead inbox works after the push.
