Keyboard shortcuts
Coco CRM is built for keyboard-first navigation. A handful of shortcuts cover most daily work — search, table navigation, and record actions.
Keyboard shortcuts follow Twenty CRM defaults. Press ? in the app for the complete, current list.
Global
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Cmd/Ctrl + K | Open the command menu and search — jump to any record, page, or action |
| ? | Show the keyboard shortcut help overlay |
| Esc | Close the current panel, dialog, or side drawer |
The command menu (Cmd/Ctrl + K) is the fastest way to move around: type a company, person, or deal name to jump straight to the record, or type an action name to run it.
Tables and lists
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Arrow keys | Move between cells and rows |
| Enter | Open the selected record, or edit the selected cell |
| Esc | Exit cell editing or clear the selection |
Arrow-key navigation works in every table view, including custom object views like deals and leads.
Records
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Cmd/Ctrl + K then type action | Run record actions (delete, export, add to favorites) on the selected records |
| Esc | Close the record side panel |
Select one or more rows first, then open the command menu to see the actions available for the selection.
Tips
- Shortcuts use Cmd on macOS and Ctrl on Windows/Linux.
- Shortcuts are disabled while typing in a text field — press Esc to leave the field first.
- New shortcuts arrive with platform updates; the ? overlay in the app is always the authoritative reference.
